Returns

Standard Figura Roto. If it is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. There is no restocking fee.

Standard-return requirements. Send the product back in its original condition and packaging with the mounting hardware. We will email a prepaid return label.

Betterway × Figura Roto. Each collaboration Roto is printed to order, so we cannot accept returns for unwanted orders or a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or is defective, we will replace it at no cost.

How long the refund takes. Refunds process within five business days of the unit arriving at our studio. Card refunds clear in 3–10 days after that, depending on your bank.

Damaged or defective. Email your order number and one or two photos so we can make it right.
