Returns

The short version. If you do not like the Roto, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No restocking fee. No questions.

What we need. The product in its original packaging with the mounting hardware. We will email a prepaid return label.

How long the refund takes. Refunds process within five business days of the unit arriving at our studio. Card refunds clear in 3–10 days after that, depending on your bank.

Damaged or defective. Covered by the lifetime warranty, not the return policy. Email a photo and we will replace the part.
