Lifetime Warranty

We build every Roto to last. The standard Figura Roto includes our lifetime warranty. The made-to-order Betterway × Figura Roto follows the collaboration support policy described below.

Standard Figura Roto · Lifetime warranty

Every standard Roto purchased directly from Figura Studio is covered for the lifetime of the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. That includes:

• The spring-loaded arm mechanism
• The anodized finish on the aluminum arms
• The printed body and its structural integrity
• The mounting hardware

What's not covered

• Damage from drops, impacts, or misuse
• Cosmetic wear from cleaning with abrasives or harsh chemicals
• Modifications to the product
• Units bought secondhand or through resellers

How to make a claim

Email support@figurastudio.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A short description of what went wrong
• One or two photos

We respond within two business days. If the claim is valid, we ship a replacement part or a whole new unit at our cost. No back-and-forth.

Betterway × Figura Roto

Each collaboration Roto is printed to order. It does not carry the standard Roto lifetime warranty, but any collaboration unit that arrives damaged or is defective will be replaced at no cost.

The fine print

These protections are in addition to, not in place of, any rights you have under consumer protection law. Figura Studio reserves the right to refuse claims involving fraud or willful damage.
